Our Policies

Best Budget In Rules & Regulations

  1. Valid ID and advanced payment are required for every room. No Exceptions! 

  2. Each Adult staying in the room will need to allow us to scan your ID card.

  3. No personal checks, all rooms must have a valid card number on file.

  4. No partial payments or installments accepted, No Exceptions!

  5. All payments are due on your due date by 11am. If payment is not received you will be locked out. Please let us know in advance if you are extending your weekly or monthly stay so we don’t reserve your room to someone else.

  6. Check out time is 11am daily, no loitering on the property after you have checked out.

  7. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a motel room.

  8. After payment is received, no refunds will be issued at any time.

  9. All extended stay guests are required to pay a deposit. ($50 for weekly stays, $200 for monthly stays, deposits not to exceed $200). Deposits are refundable after checking your room upon check out. Deposits must be paid via credit card.

  10. If you have any issues with law enforcement, or law enforcement is called on you, you will be kicked out and not welcomed back.

  11. We do not give rides to tenants or guests.

  12. The motel is not responsible for daily cleaning or the removal of garbage from your room. There are items in your room provided as a courtesy, but if you are an extended stay guest and run out you are responsible for providing those items for yourself. There are garbage cans provided, but please refrain from throwing loose liquids in the public garbage cans. If you have large amounts or stinky garbage please throw it away in the dumpster out back.

  13. We have limited cleaning supplies available upon request when you are about to move out.

  14. All extended stay guests must leave the room in the same order that it was in at the time of check in. The following must be cleaned: tub, toilet, sink, refrigerator, microwave, floors, ect. If you are an extended stay guest and leave things unreasonably dirty or broken a total will be deducted from your deposit.

  15. All loud noise and activity must stop by 9pm. Any guests being loud will be asked to leave and not welcomed back.

  16. Guests must understand that this property at some point has had to be treated by pest control. 

  17. No personal items are allowed to be stored outside of one’s room. If items are left outside of the room, they will be discarded by motel staff.

  18. All inoperable/plateless vehicles on the property will be towed at the owner’s expense.

  19. If at any time you remove your smoke alarm off of the ceiling, you will forfeit your full deposit.

  20. There is a ZERO tolerance for violence, drugs, or any illegal activity. We are striving to be a crime free property and work closely with law enforcement. Police calls will result in you being asked to leave immediately and you will forfeit your deposit.

  21. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in any of the rooms. This is a no smoking motel. You may smoke or vape outside, but please be responsible and do not throw butts on the ground.

  22. If Tv or remote is broken and/or the remote is missing you will forfeit your deposit or be charged damage fees if you are a nightly stay.

  23. You must return your key to the office upon checking out. If you do not you you will forfeit your deposit. If lost or forgotten keys continue to be a problem, we will implement a key fee that comes out of your deposit.

  24. We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are left behind. They will be considered trash and thrown out upon your departure.

  25. No additional overnight guests that are not the guests that we have on file. No visitors will be allowed between the hours of 9pm to 8am.

  26. Guests are to understand that rates are subject to change and when you renew your reservation you will be required to pay the most current rate.

  27. Propping the exterior doors open is NOT ALLOWED. If you are caught propping the doors open you will be asked to leave and will forfeit your deposit. Propping the doors open causes guest keys to be deactivated and is a major inconvenience for all guests, not just the offender, and it will not be tolerated.

  28. Pets (25 pounds and under) are only allowed with prior approval and a written pet agreement. Pet fee is $10 a day with a max charge of $100.

  29. We do not have a house phone and do not allow guests to borrow the business phone. We suggest you carry your cellphone at all times upon leaving your room.

  30. Our office hours are 8am-5pm. Please try to reserve communication to these hours unless there is an emergency.
